        I've been on the fence about joining another gym for the last five years or more... When I heard about the 40+ idea, it intrigued me. Less crowded, and more focused on people that are my age and older. The trainers that I've talked with and had my introduction class with we both very professional and willing to "dumb it down" when I needed more explanation or spice it up when I was on point with were they were taking me. The biggest hurdle for in joining this gym was they were only in Eugene. Now that is not the case! They have just opened a Mobility Center in Cottage Grove. That was the nudge I needed to get me in the door!
