Jesse Haffly helped us find our dream home...in fact he found us TWO and listened to all our pros and cons between the two. We were so impressed with his ability to totally understand our needs. He goes over and above what is expected of a realtor and his expertise in selling our prior home amazed us. The marketing and photography he used allowed us to sell our prior home for an amount beyond our wildest dreams and in a very short time. He also recently worked for us in selling vacant lots. The agents working for this company list houses cheaper than market value then allow other agents within their office to conduct open houses to solicit business. This wastes the buyers time writing up offers for a home they won't get and it does the seller no service listing it to cheap. The only people benefiting from this is the Haffly home group. While the sellers are used as pawns to promote more business for the Haffly group.  I realized their game when I went to a open house their listing agent was selling. The two guys conducting the open house were from the same agency. The next day I went back again at the open house they were promoting and this time I was greeted by a female agent. While it is common practice for agents to borrow other agents listings to gain business, it is not ethical to use sellers for personal gain. Listing a house too cheap only creates bidding wars and an over inflated price and wastes the buyers time writing up an offer for a home they more than likely will not get.  These are bad agents and I would not use anyone from this real estate company for anything.
