        Had a horrible experience with this place. First, it took them 3 months to finally file our taxes, they got it in just before the deadline. In my opinion charged way too much for the service that I actually got. Second, they missed sending crucial information for my state taxes. Resulting in a long drawn out process with the state to receive our return. Still have not received that and its almost end of July. When calling and trying to figure it out with them the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. For claiming to be a professional service they are far from it. Made several mistakes and were extremely rude. They lost a potential long term customer. Avoid this place at all costs!
