No stars!!!!! It made me at least put one star they don't deserve that one star. When tractor supply open in Creswell Oregon one of the store managers told me if I switched all of my business from Chewy to them that they would give me a bulk discount of 20% so I did. I have seen many managers come and go over the years and they always honored my discount because I purchase in bulk around 80K per year. Recently they got a new store manager named Stephanie that has refused to honor the bulk discount I have had for the past 5 years. I tried talking to her about it, asked her to reach out to her district manager, asked to speak to the district manager. I was told that unless I used my tractor supply credit card to purchase my products they would no longer do any discounts and if I did use my tractor supply credit card only a 5% discount on bulk purchases. After months of trying to work it out I have stopped going in the store, good customer service is important to me as is following through with what was offered as far as a bulk discount goes. You do not treat a valued customer that way when they spend large amounts of money in your store and refer multiples customers to you. Since I no longer wanted to deal with the specific store/manager I set my bulk purchase up on auto ship through tractor supply online for weekly shipments. What a nightmare!!!!!! my first order cancelled three times and after multiple times of calling them and spending an hour on the phone each time we finally got it to ship. Every Friday my order was suppose to auto ship, every Friday I would receive an email saying it cancelled and to call customer service, another hour on the phone and on hold. This went on for three months!!!!!! my orders were suppose to ship every Friday, I only received two orders in that 3 months and that was after multiple phone calls and hours on the phone trying to get them to get it fixed. For the two orders I did received it took two weeks for each of those to arrive, what a joke. What is the purpose of setting up auto ship if it does not work and you do not receive your product every week. I have talked to several people/managers at corporate, was told that the district manager would call me, still no call from him. I have since reached out to other local stores for my product and now receive my bulk discount of 20% without the B.S. of dealing with Tractor Supply. Pretty sad that a company as big as tractor supply literally does not follow through with what was originally promised. So glad I took my business elsewhere, I will also no longer be referring all of my customers to a place that has horrible customer service. I gave this company every chance to make this right which only proved to be a WASTE of my time.

Yesterday was the second time ive called to see if a product was available. Drive 10 miles to the store in Creswell and they dont have it. Drive 15 miles to wilco to get what i needed instead. Waste of time and fuel. Not once but twice. Not going back!

When the Creswell Tractor Supply first opened, it quickly became my favorite store. Unfortunately, it didn't take long, within the first year, they started to have problems. The biggest issue and serious concern are their lack of inventory. They are always out of basic stock and supplies, like dog food, cat food, and other feed supplies. The second problem that seriously needs addressed is the lack of customer service. The Creswell Tractor store has had a massive employee exit during the last two years because of management. Just this last weekend I experience a horrible lack of customer service. Without going into details, the store manager was called to the feed loading area because I questioned a new rule that I had to pay first for feed before entering the feed loading area and that I was backing up the drive through because I hadn't paid first and that we couldn't find a product on the feed shelf my wife had purchased just weeks before. This "manager" was so rude, getting into my face yelling at me, and at one point the other staff members had to pull her off of me. Good luck to anyone that wants to actually find what they are looking for and deal with unruly customer service at the Creswell store. By the way, I have visited and purchased many items from other stores in the area and experienced a much better shopping experience.
