These people are unbelievably rude. I had a family emergency come up at the last minute and called to try to reschedule my appointment. The person answering the phone was extremely rude, inconsiderate and belittling. No kindness or understanding. I ended up cancelling and will happily do business with someone else. Take your business elsewhere.

This company apparently has multiple different listings on google one in springfield and one in creswell. Google does not give hours of operation for the one in creswell and has 24hours listed on the one in springfield. I called both numbers and my wife called once. The individual who answered when I called the creswell number immediately began berating me and asking why we called so much without leaving a message on his day off. I attempted to inform him that actually I called on two different listings and my wife had left a message earlier. He asked "what you don't think I deserve a day off." I am appalled at the lack of customer service and if they have so many customers that they can treat a potential new customer so poorly well good for them. Be warned. I am sure they do ok work but they treat people poorly.
