Sherri Smith and her assistant, Carissa were so helpful and responsive in the sale of my uncles home after his passing. I do not live in Eugene, so they graciously handled all the details and limited my need to travel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Sherri was the listing agent for a house I was interested in, so my real estate agent called to scheduling a showing. After scheduling the showing for the next day an offer was accepted on the house and she never notified my agent. We learned through RMLS that the house was pending. Sherri's website describes her as working with "honesty and integrity". I would not describe her as honest in the very slightest. After my Agent called her out on this ordeal Sherri had the audacity to say "I'll happily take backup offers". That does not scream like integrity to me. I will also be calling the REMAX Office and Oregon REA to file a complaint. I'll be sure to also use the word "unethical" in my complaints.
