Apartments are roomy and a good price. Maintenance can't fix the type of fan system installed in bathroom. So if it doesnt work, they will tell you it does because there is a wind sound, it seems only they can hear. Drama feeds in these kind of apartments (low-income), but had calmed down a lot.. Only a few bad seeds. Nice place for children to join together and play. Good location. Walking distance wakmart, McDonald's, bar, safeway, other food restaurants and a couple part stores. Park nearby.. Decent neighborhood.

Kids are still not supervised, and the lights are still not on when they should be, also in the last three years there has been four managers since Diana, Debie being the best so far, and knowing that she has a background in law enforcement! All the meth people are gone and there's a sense of community watch within this community when it comes to intruders! There's good and bad for each neighborhood, people just need to want to work to make them better!

So this place was a nice place to live, now we have a tons and tons of un supervise kids running in.the streets in front of moving cars,where the hell are their parents.. also parking lights always out! Its a mega security risk going to ur car in the middle of the.night and its pitch black cuz them lights are out! The net is still down..The problem is not having onsite workers.. if they lived here.maybe they will care more and witness the problems and want to fix them.. and what's the deal with taking off the water nobs. I can't clean out my trash bins now! Also if management makes a mistakes its always ur fault .. Ugh..
