From the start to the finish Chad was excellent in all areas. We discussed the install to finish product several times, changed a few things and he gave helpful advice along the way and never condescending. He understood my level of understanding of the system. He therefore explained everything so I understood without any irritation because I ask a lot of questions. Very relaxed, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and given him 5 stars for the great job.
