Scammers, inaccurate and very unprofessional. My dispatch booked a load with Kevin Fitzgerald and I was dispatched to pick up the load, but the broker lied about the cut off time for the pickup. And I found that the shipper is closed upon arrival. My dispatch tried to reach out to Kevin to request a TONU but he stopped responding to her phone calls or emails.

Honestly, Ive worked for Open Road Transportation inc!! Ive Got about a year, plus four months!! I dont recall none of these people u guys are talkn bout..wat I can tell u is this, it is a nice company.. as far as the owner and the and a few dispatcher and Corey !! if his still there, but if u have any issues. They will talk nice to u about it, then talk bad about u laterput thing on ur DVR to make other companies pass on you.. Summer is a back stabbed!!

What a scam company , they posted Loads on DAT load board that we did and then after the loads are completed, theyre saying that their ID was hacked and were being super rude and disrespectful especially some lady named Jessica in the carriers relations. Constantly wanting to argue like she probably. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING SMALL OO COMPANIES

Dont trust this broker - kept my truck for 3 days saying the load is going to be ready and they will compensate. After dozens of emails and phone calls heard nothing but excuses (oh, let our system update, etc). Someone who calls himself an operational executive- Ryan- simply lied to me on multiple occasions while other reps just ignore you. Will proceed with the BBB review as well.
