Thankful for this gym, training partners, and the coaches helping run the show! From fun techniques to hard sparring rounds, its always a blast. I started the Muaythai class at 10th planet happy Valley. Both coaches are excellent Mr. English and Noah very patient coaching excellent technique. And the classes are always fun. I highly recommend coming to this class as a beginner or experience Muaythai practitioner youre gonna learn a lot from these two coaches and its a great workout
