I really enjoy being a tenant with this company, they're prompt with repairs and the tenant portal is easy to use. Friendly people who are approachable and appreciate their tenants.

Don't believe the website when it says it is open. You will just waste your time and gas as they frequently say they are open, yet nobody is there. Not a good way to run a business. Shows how little they care about their clientele. This has happened to me more than once. Bonnie L. Foster - Since posting this review, the company no longer has set office hours and requires an appointment. This is posted on their door and the website no longer has any hours posted. The current management and staff are great and are more than willing to work with their clientele in order to satisfy all parties concerned. They are respectful and just down-right good people. Dont rent from this management company. They will steal from you and take your deposit for stuff that is just normal wear and tear. We had a screen that was ripped on an upper floor before we rented the place and they said that I had to pay for the damages. Also the furniture was old and wore out when we got into the place and they said we had to replace that as well. Sink fixture was wore out and had an issue and again we pay for it. This isnt right. For such a large deposit we got nothing back. They also said that they would give an opportunity for us to fix stuff and they lied and did not call us. Also they said they would fix the deck and other items but that didnt happen either. DONT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! Renters beware.

Very unprofessional and down right rude. I had so many questions to ask because Ive never rented a home before, I have only owned. I was looking at a home to rent and had talked with the homeowner before going into the office at Depoe Bay. I was told to talk with Jeremy he was the homeowners close family friend and was managing the home. Upon entering the office I was approached by a guy from coming in behind me at the offices front door. I head someone behind me ask what did I want? I turned around and said Im looking for Jeremy, Brian the homeowner sent me in to talk with him. The guy took sometime to reply he was Jeremy and the oddest thing was he did not know who Brian the homeowner was. For Jeremy and Brian being long family friends Jeremy sure had egg on his face. You could tell right off the bat he was Not Jeremy. This guy was the rudest person Ive ever met and if I was the homeowner I would think twice about this company managing my house. I tried to get a pre approval so when the right house comes up its an easy process. Nope didnt happen, I asked if I could fill everything out online.. Nope I was told the house was not ready and everything had to be done in the office in person. He told me his girl Cassie handles that stuff but shes not in. I drove 10 hours from Boise Idaho to Depoe Bay Oregon to line a house up to move into. This was a waste of my time. They Dont take checks, credit/debit cards or cash. How the heck is a person to pay for the rent and deposit from another state and our bank/credit union is Not in Oregon. This company doesnt deserve 1 star. Really read the reviews on this company Very unprofessional I would be very careful giving out my personal info to a company like this. We the renters should be doing a background check on this company and the employees. This Company is rated a C at the BBB..

Rent from anyone else if at all possible! Overall a horrible experience dealing with these people...I experienced this company as unprofessional, rude uncaring And just downright ridiculous; clearly they just want their rent money and the money that the owners pay them to allegedly manage their properties. I rented from them for 4 years....always paid my rent on time, had to paint the inside of the house when I moved in because the paint was easily 20 years old and was always told about that and anything else the house needed from Dan that it is "as is" which was his favorite phrase, next to, Oregon coast property management "works for the owners not for the tenants." Also heard that phrase repeated from most of the maintenance people which were anything from creepy, questionable, an often did not know what they were doing. Most of the time when you really needed something you would just get ghosted. You could only contact them through their tenant portal and then you would just not hear anything many times. When trying to schedule things I had to downright demand that they could just not walk in anytime they wanted. On three separate occasions maintenance people just showed up on my doorstep unannounced. And one time I wasn't home and found out later that they had been there. The house I rented was advertised as having a bedroom which was really just a finished attic space but legally couldn't be called a bedroom because there were no windows that were big enough for a person to actually get out of in an emergency. I spent hundreds of dollars of my own money on paint, plants and professional window cleaning. At move-in I was told that the carpet had been cleaned and when I told Dan that it wasn't he insisted that it was but would not come over to check so I ended up having to move in because everything was scheduled and 3 days later he called me to tell me that he made a mistake and indeed the carpet had not been cleaned. Someone did come to clean the next day and moved the furniture for me but I had to move it back in after the carpet was dry and where was Dan?Nowhere to be found .And that experience was very common about many, many things over the years.Hope that this helps Decent tenants findThe good property managers out there....As I'm sure there are some.
