Brian was a breath of fresh air! Answered our call and was able to arrive days ahead of the BIG BOX guys whom I had a VIP membership and paid for - it would take 3 days for them to arrive. Brian removed the faulty "Wifi" thermostat and black box -installed a new thermostat and checked out the system. Everything was in great shape and the older furnace that is part of the heat pump is older but does not need immediate replacement that the other company kept trying to sell me. I like family owned businesses and will support every chance I get and that is why Brian has earned our future business.
