We are having trouble finding any record of you as a customer of Premier Propane, Inc. and your accusations are completely false and damning. Propane is highly regulated by Federal, State and local laws, Department of Transportation Regulations, and NFPA-58 “Standard for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gasses.”Our product comes from the very same refineries that provide propane to most companies in Oregon and is not altered in any way.It is customary for the owner or operator of production, distribution, or bulk storage facilities in the U.S., to inject a minimum of 1.0 pounds (generally 1.5 lbs) of ethyl mercaptan per 10,000 gallons of liquid LP-Gas. NFPA 58 (which has been adopted administratively as law in most states) “All LP-Gas shall be odorized prior to delivery to a bulk plant by the addition of a warning agent of such character that the gases are detectable, by a distinct odor, to a concentration in air of not over one-fifth the lower limit of flammability.” To familiarize yourself with this type of odor you can request “Scratch and Sniff” leaflets from the National Propane Gas Association, 1600 Eisenhower Lane, Suite 100, Lisle, IL 60532, (708) 515-0600Propane is occasionally odorized with something other than ethyl mercaptan and it may smell different. Users should acquaint themselves with the odor of the odorized propane that they are using and should frequently make sniff tests to confirm the presence of odor in their LP-Gas.Everyone handling or using LP-Gas should realize that the odorant used to give propane a distinctive smell may not be detected by all people under all circumstances. Conditions such as sinus congestion, allergies, head colds, smoking or recent use of alcohol or drugs (including certain medications) also may affect the ability to detect odor at any particular time.

As a propane delivery service company we strive to keep all of our customers happy, but we also understand it is nearly impossible to satisfy everyone. Premier Propane has had numerous payment issues with Salvi PDX. Despite these payment issues our company has continued to work with Salvi PDX on a C.O.D. basis. Premier Propane never received a delivery request from an employee of Salvi PDX. Employees of Salvi PDX wouldn't have the authority to make such a request due to payment issues. This would have to be managed by Salvi PDX ownership. Salvi PDX ownership is aware of their terms, they are also aware that our delivery day in their area is every Tuesday. Ownership of Salvi PDX has had 72 days since there last delivery to request & pay for another delivery. Instead, they have waited until their tank ran out of propane to call & demand a delivery on a Thursday when none of Premier Propane's drivers are in the area. Salvi PDX is a will call customer & it is their responsibility to manage & pay for their propane accordingly. Premier Propane has been servicing Salvi PDX since November of 2021 when Salvi PDX switched their service from Propane Northwest. Salvi PDX has a habit of leaving 1 star reviews on Google when their demands aren't met. Salvi PDX deleted their last 1 star review after their payment obligations were met & deliveries resumed on a C.O.D. basis. Use caution when doing business with Salvi PDX.

Salvi PDX is a will call customer & their terms are C.O.D. due to numerous payment issues. It is the responsibility of the ownership of Salvi PDX to schedule their delivery & payments accordingly. It is not ok to call & demand a delivery on a Thursday when our delivery schedule is every Tuesday for Salvi PDX. It is also not ok to leave a bad review for a company that you have never done business with. It is also not ok to leave a bad review on behalf of Salvi PDX since you are not privy to the circumstances & terms between Premier Propane & Salvi PDX.
