I have hired Adam over the last five years for multiple projects and he has always done an exceptional job. He is 100% reliable, trustworthy, and fully communicative. I deeply appreciate his professionalism, and he has never let me down. Adam was also the contractor for two of my bathrooms in this 1953 home. One bathroom was added and the second was fully renovated. His team is so courteous and supportive, and made all each projects fairly effortless on my part. Our current bathroom project was just completed on time and on budget, and we love it! Adam will do an amazing job every time and I fully recommend him for all your project needs.

What can I say? Perfection from start to finish. Adam installed a new side gate in the pouring rain no less. He kept us updated and the final result is fantastic. No dog will ever get out again. I will ask Adam to do many other projects in the future. Highly recommended!!

Adam did a great job finding and fixing a leak of unknown origin. He was great to work with and was very communicative throughout every step of the process and answered all my questions. He was always on time and when done cleaned up everything. I couldnt be happier with the results and I will definitely be reaching out for future projects. I absolutely recommend!!!

Adam gave us a one of the lower bids on replacing our deck, but not low quality work. His knowledge of the products and procedures required made us choose him. We used to do much home repair ourselves so knew what needed to be done and watching him sure impressed us with his attention to detail. When Adam found dry rot on some of our siding told us how much it would cost for him to repair and let us decide. Also gave us suggestions about the job along with any possible expenses, the end result presenting a great looking entranceway to our home. Five stars from us for a job well done and a worker so pleasant to have around.

I would highly recommend Adam/Top Ranked Home Repair. From start to finish, Adam was an excellent communicator and did a fantastic job of keeping me up to date on the progress of our project. On top of that, he was very fairly priced, provided high quality work AND with met projected timelines at every juncture. As a new homeowner large repairs can feel incredibly scary, but with Adam at Top Ranked Home Repair I felt like I was in great hands!
