Verizon

The only reason i gave one star is because i can not put zero. I'm disabled and would have thought i would have been taken care of better. My wife got a new phone deal with Verizon over phone and we took it in to make sure the new number did not go on the new phone being she has had the old number for 22 years and get the data transferred we picked the Eagle Point branch because we live close by we paid him $40 and he messed with the phone for a bit and told us give it some more time and everything would be done we checked the phone the next day and the data was not transferred and the new number went on the new phone instead of our old number being on it. I went in the next day and I told him the data had not transferred and the wrong phone number was on it. He said that there was nothing he could do about it and I ask for the $40 back being I'm disabled and only have so much money to make it through the month which I told him and he kicked me out of the store with no money and told me not to come back.so if your smart I would go to delta waters store anywhere but this store

Customer in front of us has been here for two hours and they cannot resolve the issue. The worker finally ask for a supervisor who is not available. I guess " under new management " means worse Customer support. Very dissatisfied. Seems Verizon is struggling to function as a corporate. Too bad I've been a customer since early 2000s and the last 2 years has been a downward spiral.
