        In my opinion, Its ran by someone who jacks up the rent $10 every year, and does little to nothing to improve living conditions of the park or anything to help the people living there. She limited her tenants to 2 bags of trash a week, and rules the park like some impudent Queen. People are afraid to speak up due to fear of being kicked out. If someone could only get a class action suit against the park/her they'd probably win. #slumlord #greedy #entitled
