        Had a fire in August..I mistakenly hired them since they seemed honest..not! It is now December and I have 3 gutted rooms..holes in my roof and a 10 foot opening in my wall! They did finally throw some tarps on my roof and plywood that only covered part of my wall! Needless to say its freezing in my house and I havent heard from them in 2 weeks! If they wanted a check boy did they call! They were paid 3/4 of what the insurance estimated to rebuild my rooms and disappeared! Which leaves me not anywheres close to repairs I need! My insurance told me today Im sorry but this is big business now and they make bank! I want to cry for trusting Rusty the project manager! My insurance company says I should report them to every agency I could and I plan on it! Please run if you ever have them recommended..please!! Only reason I gave them one star is one of their employee Javier that did patch some holes in my kitchen he seemed very honest and hardworking. Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
