        Usually it's a five star but because of their hours listed on the front door and on their website that they close at 6pm but actually they close & lock the doors at 5pm. I was just told they have the phones open till 6pm which is not what is posted on their website or front door. That can cause some major issues with patients. Its confusing.

        Okay most people have this long story about how bad or good the experience was!! (NOT DOING THAT) So here is what I can tell you and I have reviewed before. If you are tired of being a number and your doctor being stuck in a computer like everyone else then you need to sign up for Dr Betza as your MD she listens to you and is compassionate to your voice!! You work together (yes together) as she professionally advises you best treatment that works for you!! (STOP BEING A NUMBER)

        I've been having problems with my hands. Pain and constant cramping on both hands. Never had any problems with my hands and never did anything to hurt them. Long story short, I have an appointment April 13th and so I called to see if I could make a sooner appointment because I can't even do my dishes at home. They pretty much told me to wait until the April appointment or go somewhere else. Ummmm my wife has a shoulder problem and she called to make a sooner appointment and they got her in. I was willing to see any Dr at the office. So why can't they help me? Is there a legitimate reason? Feel very discouraged. Thought Drs cared.

        It's been over a month and I'm still recovering from the worst doctor's visit of my life.Dr.Dubray is the worst.If she was the last doctor in Oregon, I'd be up a creek.She wouldn't give me a referral or prescription if my life depended on it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.BEWARE
