A beautiful little cottage, separated from a main house, with some kitchen appliances suitable for light meal prep and fridge. Quiet and peaceful setting. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming but also are not intrusive. Heated floors in bathroom. Private mini patio behind cottage. Good wifi and cable tv with many channels available. Comfortable and clean bed. Not too far from town.

My husband and I stayed in Dana's beautiful cottage BnB this past Thanksgiving holiday and it was such a relaxing experience. First, they were very accommodating and communicative with us in planning for the trip, especially since we were driving in from California and knew that we might be arriving late in the evening. The house was pretty easy to locate, with a sign from the road identifying where the BnB was. It is a detached cottage on their property, so if we needed anything they were right there to help us, but we also had a lot of privacy surrounded by their beautiful gardens. And even if we did not have any dogs/pets with us, the whole place was very pet friendly. We were able to park our car right next to the cottage for easy transportation of our bags, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking supplies and appliances we would need as well as some other food items that were available for use. The heating in the house worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and they even had heated flooring in the bathroom! We had the choice to hang out on the back porch or front porch facing the gardens, and I enjoyed just sitting outside listening to the birds and looking around the garden. I highly recommend booking with Dana especially because of the warm hospitality she offered to us. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have had staying in a BnB!

And when it's time to eat, the dining table and six chairs provide plenty of space for everyone. Outside, you'll find a small private back yard and access to a barbecue, as well as an acre of land to explore that includes flower beds, fruit trees, grape vines, berry bushes, and a variety of trees. It's the perfect place to take a stroll and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. And when you're ready to venture out, you'll find plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. From wineries to craft-beer breweries and cider houses, there's something for everyone. And with the Oregon Country Fair within walking distance and Fern Ridge Reservoir just five miles away, you'll have no shortage of things to keep you entertained. Overall, I can't recommend this guest house highly enough.
