Great holistic treatments!!! Dr. Olga is Amazing. Very quiet, peaceful and healing atmosphere. The advise, Accupuncture and her ability to listen to concerns and issues and understand whats needed is extraordinary!! Thank you!!

I will never go back to this place just because of the front staff, Molly. She was so incredibly rude for no reason. Natalie, the massage therapist, was great, but Molly made me so uncomfortable with her unprofessional and condescending attitude. What a shame.

My family has used the Greater Health Clinic for years and they are amazing. Olga has never failed at helping me combat everything from migraines to nerve pain. Highly recommend.

This place is getting a one-star not because of Olga, but because of her staff. I've been seening Olga off and on for about 7 years now and she is great to work with and good at what she does. However; the woman who works at the front desk and answers the phone is abysmal. She knows nothing of customer service, of being kind or of taking ownership and being apologetic when needed. It's a shame because Olga is worth the visit, but not if you have to deal with Molly at the front desk. I reached out 6 weeks ago and because of her lack of basic knowledge and unwillingness to help nothing has gotten resolved or has moved forward. The email listed on the website is incorrect and bounced back. I notified her of this 2-3 three weeks ago and that has not yet been updated. The following two emails I sent, if the email address I was given was correct, I never received a response. If it was not correct then why does she not know the office email address that she uses daily? I did not receive return phone calls for several voice messages that I left. Additionally, I requested to get a call from Olga and did not receive that call either. Whether that message was passed on to her or not I do not know. Upon speaking to her today she ended the call abruptly and hung up on me. I waited a few minutes to call back then let her know that she ended the call early and that I had more questions. Her response was "Oh." Followed by dead silence. Everyone knows that your staff reflects you and your business. This woman is extremely unprofessional and is poorly representing the clinic and the work that they do there.
