        What a great experience with a quality company. What started off as a simple refinish, so we all thought, turned into a dry rot repair and refinish. The crew was very quick to make the necessary repairs and remained on schedule. The floors look amazing! My wife and I are very happy with the result.         Love my Floors. We went with a prefinished flooring. And the installation was awsome. We have 4 dogs and havent had any trouble with our floors.

        Refinished living room floors. I knew the job would be done well just from the detail put into the sizing up the job. But what was well above and beyond the call was accommodating this job, unplanned and without complaint, over the 4th of July weekend at the request of my tenants in the house. That was really very much appreciated and really very accommodating. Thanks!

        Custom Touch repaired a damaged section of wood floor in my 100+ year old house. I was concerned about it matching the rest of the floor after being refinished (which is really hard to do), but they matched it perfectly with a custom stain blend. Really high-quality work.
