Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Art and Laura. They did everything in their power to extend me an extra night when their hotel was very limited on vacancies. Gave me the same room too. Thats why I always stay at The Hyatt because of people like them. Highly recommended.

Better than the more pricey Hyatt incarnations. Delicious included breakfast buffet is a big hit. Great location close to shops, restaurants and walking trails and parks by the river. Friendly, helpful staff.

The only reason I do have to give a lower rating for service was not for the staff members themselves, all amazing for the most part, but for the other terribly rude guests who stayed. The rooms are nice but very simplistic. I appreciate the small separation of Living room area to the bedroom area but still left with desiring more. I look forward to my return to provide any updates as needed to my review.
