I have been a customer for 12 years and although their prices may not be the best on the chemicals (I often take the risk and shop online for comparison), their customer service and service team are phenomenal. We bought our Sundance from them 12 years ago and with their team helping when I have had problems and doing minor repairs as needed, she is still running strong!!!!!

I Purchased a replacement hot tub cover for a hot tub that was purchased at this location. The cover cost almost $600 which was about what was expected. The cover was made wrong. I have made several attempts to have the problem rectified but they will not even return my calls. Im a very dissatisfied customer and will never go there again.

We bought a new gas stove to replace an old one, and Emerald Pool and Spa made the whole process easy. Their website gave us links to lots of stoves, making the selection simple. When I visited the store, Courtney was informative and very helpful. We made a small refundable deposit, called the installer, and decided to purchase the stove. It arrived three weeks later and was installed the next day. The installation team was excellent. Were very happy!
