I love living here so much more than the last place I lived

This place is now run by a management that randomly takes two months of rent after you move out, lies about returning the money for 8 weeks, and then tells you that theyre not returning it two weeks later. Is it not embarrassing as a multi-state corporation to have the audacity to essentially rob a college student of their living expenses? The main staff you interactive with is nice, cant say anything about the upper management.

The element communities is the only place I trust my kids to live for college, we are from out of state. The staff is extremely responsive, they even text you back if you send them texts, how convenient! Also they are really conveniently located for everything I could need!

The staff here is great, they really work with you and are great about getting back to you quickly. Thats really important to me since my kids live here and Im not able to be with them all the time.
