I was really happy with the service I received at Vicious Custom Auto. The owner was very professional and kind. The photos can show that the repair looks great. When my son first saw his car when picking it up, he texted me, "It looks brand new!!!!" The new paint sparkles and I'm so glad we stumbled upon this shop. I found this shop by searching Google for places nearby. At first I wasn't sure if this place only did custom upgrades or if they also did insurance claim accident repairs, so I called and asked. They do both and I saw a beautiful classic car being worked on in the bay. The other driver in my case was at fault for the accident and dealing with their insurance was a pain. Dealing with Vicious was awesome though! The owner handled the insurance part for us wonderfully even though that's probably not his favorite part of the job. Finally, I want to say that we had 2 estimates done (at the request of the other driver). Both estimates were very close, we chose Vicious because the owner was kind and straight forward when we called. I think this is a testament to his legitimacy that his estimate was very similar to the other shop and in the end, it was accurate too. So, thank you so much Vicious Auto!
