Stillwagon Distillery Florence Oregon

I have been to distilleries all over the country and I have to say that Stillwagon's offerings are amazing. Top-notch quality and the flavors are beyond unique. Russ is one hell of a pitch man, not to mention a great conversationalist and a good guy. If you get a chance to purchase a bottle or cocktail featuring their product, jump on it!

I was with my dog in Florence and it started to rain, so I was happy to find a dog friendly space indoors. Tasting was great and it was fun, and I bought some rum. While getting ready to pay, the gentleman doing the tasting started going on and on about crazy conspiracy theories. I wanted to leave while the experience was still fun, and I had to ask several times for my bill. I was about to leave without the rum I wanted to purchase, but he finally gave me the bill and I paid. Before the crazy started, it was a fun experience and the rum is really good.

Purchased the Walnut & Fig rum. Love it!! Especially good with cream mixed in or even a good creamy mocha!! Highly recommend!! Service is ALWAYS awesome here!!

Just idle curiosity led us into this place after a lunch in Florence. A red-haired pirate maiden recommended we sample the wares. Arrrh matey, why not? Tried many kinds of booze in my years, and pretty much settled on what I prefer. Knew I didn't much like rum, but no harm in a little talk and sip. Danger, wallet hazard! Lotsa good stuff here. The rums are very different and all great in their own way, hard to choose a favorite. We each bought two kinds of their fine rums. And, I will be back for more.
