Travelodge by Wyndham Florence

Really disappointed with our stay as a family of 4 for Spring Break. Pool & jacuzzi were out of service. Our room was dirty- trash in bathroom was full & there was hair in the bathtub. I told the guy at the front desk & he did nothing. They did major landscaping with chain saws right outside our door then left multiple ditches wide open in the main plaza where we walked by frequently with the kids. Room was stuffy & hard to regulate temperature.

Not the best place in the world to stay. The locked entry from the street into the building was broken, so there wasn't a lot of security. There was an awful chemical smell in the room that made me sick. Rooms: Mine smelled so bad of chemicals that it made me sick.

Newly remodeled clean room with nice quality furnishings. Friendly staff. Roku. Spacious. Great value. They deserve a better rating.

Our room was good they could clean better the door had a weird brown smudge on it above the inside door handle. We called a day in advance to see if the hot tub worked after reading reviews, the lady said yes. When we got there we asked where it was and she said its closed bc it needed to be inspected! Also if you forget toothpaste or anything ignore the card in your room that says if you forgot something ask the front desk bc they do not do that according to the man running the front the next morning. Customers are just an inconvenience to pause the employees personal lives they bring to work, kids screaming in the back room behind the desk and the man was on a personal phone call and just didnt want to be bothered it felt unwelcoming and very uncomfortable the whole stay

The room looked decent but the bed was hard, the thermostat broken, and the cable service was so bad that I watched my tablet instead. The woman who checked us in said she didn't have queen beds but had rooms with two queens beds!!! Um ... so you DO have queen beds, lol.
