Ms Manzo has not presented an accurate picture of the exchange she had with our office. Ms Manzo originally called another agency to process a change to her policy. That other agency told her what the rate would be for this vehicle. More than a month later she called our agency asking why the rate was higher for the newer car. Our staff member made three calls to company people to get an answer for Ms Manzo. Ms Manzo did not wait for a call back from our staff. Rather, she called twice more demanding to know why she didn't have a call back yet. Most of our customers realize that we process many customer requests each day and that it may take some time to get an accurate answer to a question. We strive to return calls and resolve questions within the business day, more quickly if a matter is time-sensitive. While we strive for excellent customer service, we also expect that our customers will treat our staff with dignity and respect. If a customer cannot or will not do so, they will be asked to have their policy(ies) serviced by another agency. We are sorry that Ms Manzo has decided to misrepresent our agency standard of care here on Google. We trust that our 35+ years in business with a staff that is known & loved in the community will speak for itself.
