Horrible. Charged my card after me asking them to let me put it on a different card. Everything is broken and the staff didnt even give us a key and then charged our card two weeks later. Bathroom floor was soft. Coffee pot had cooked in coffee in the bottom. Toaster smelled like burning plastic. The heaters barely worked. All the dishes were dirty no dish rag was there and the dish drained was covered in old food. Room smelled badly of deodorizer and BO. Beds were the only decent thing in the room. Way too much money for what we got! Dont waste your time find someplace else.

I wish I could leave a good review. But I can't. Natalie and Milton are GREAT managers, BUT the owner is HORRIBLE. This man sits at home all day and watches the cameras. All he cares about is money, he doesn't give a s@!& about his guests. Please don't think you can hang out on the deck and enjoy privacy, he is watching you at all times.

The overwhelming stench of air freshener gagged me immediately as I opened the front door. Aired it out for an hour before we could tolerate it. Then the real odor presented itself that they were attempting to cover up which was overwhelming dirty wet dog smell. And..There is a 2 gap in the nasty carpet that runs the entire length of the room and is a tripping hazard in the dark as its the unraveling of the carpet seam. The sliding door barely latches and is easily opened while locked leaving guests vulnerable to bad guys. The bathroom window glass is broken with the broken glass still in place leaving no privacy as you can see right through it. When I removed a towel from the towel bar in the bathroom it fell off the wall and busted open my toe. I cant imagine why they dont throw away the old nasty hair dryer that only had 1 of the 3 electrical prongs left that is supposed to plug into the outlet and is a fire hazard. I did call and report these issues but didnt detect any concern over the issues as they acknowledge being aware of them. I would like to acknowledge that there were clean sheets, clean toilet, and a clean shower which was enough to survive the night.

Im a housecleaner housekeeper room #1 was nice but it was not guest ready still has hair in the shower and the toilet wasn't cleaned
