        Aside from Vincent the staff was unwilling to help with a prescription renewal or treat me with courtesy. They took an already stressful situation and left me in tears. If there were more options in town I would switch to another pharmacy.

        The employees in the Fred Meyer Pharmacy have always been a big help. They have helped me when the doctor didn't. I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy.

        I'm thankful that they took on so many Rite Aid patients until they get a pharmacist. This is a policy issue that the current administration has caused with mandates.

        Just switched to this pharmacy after the Florence Rite Aid Pharmacy closed. The first guy I spoke with on the phone was trying to be rude on purpose. I thought it was really sad. When he answered the phone he said that he was a pharmacy tech, which means he went to community college to get his 2 year degree. Too bad they forgot to teach him to be cool. Why be a jerk for no reason? Just doesn't make any sense. I will call back tomorrow and leave a complaint with someone else in the pharmacy.
