Robert was on time. We walk through everything, he educated me on many aspects of roof, gutters, house washing. Very pleased with work. I will be using him again when gutters need cleaning out again.

OCEC has been cleaning the gutters for our multi-building townhome complex for two years. This year we also had the upstairs & downstairs porches cleaned. As always, we are very pleased with the results. In addition to very high quality work, Robert returns calls promptly and shows up when he says he will. He's respectful of his client's time and his rates are more than fair. This year he noticed some roof damage from winter winds. He let us know repairs were needed, even providing photos of the damaged areas! We wouldn't use anyone else for any of our exterior cleaning needs.

ORCEC did a fantastic job on cleaning our two story house. It hasn't looked this good since it was painted. Robert returned my call and showed up on the day scheduled. I could've never cleaned the house this good with a rented pressure washer. He's got the know-how and equipment to do the job efficiently and effectively. I cannot recommend ORCEC enough!

Excellent communication, professional work, and attention to safety. They did a great job. We have 2 RV covers (full height, so 14'-16'+ tall) that haven't been cleaned since they were installed 10 years ago. They had a build up of the usual coastal leaves and moss, a nice moss carpet on one, and branches on the other. I am glad we finally had this done, and will call again in a few years instead of 10!
