Greg provided us with all documented information on the property in an open and honest manner. A home inspection was then conducted in order to assess the current state of the home. This is when Gregs background as a general contractor became the most beneficial. Although we had researched the home on our own, Greg was able to point out features that were not apparent from the internet.
