I would not recommend going to Dr Longs office and if I could rate this office a zero I would. She replaced a bridge for me and during the process she chipped a perfectly good tooth next to it and said oops, I owe you a crown. The tooth was not previously crowned, she chipped the actual tooth. She also proceeded to drill my perfectly good bottom teeth (bridge is on upper teeth) to get my bite right. This feels like amateur dentistry at its best! During my last appointment with her she said I needed 3 fillings. I decided to change my dentist and he confirmed I didnt need any fillings at the time. Its been a year and half since she replaced my bridge and now it is breaking and needs to be replaced. I am not able to bill insurance for the same teeth for 7 years. I callled Dr Long to get my money back for the poorly done bridge so I could have my new dentist replace it. She agreed to refund me for half, which was my out of pocket cost. Now I have to come up with the other half agin to pay my new dentist. Dr. Long is very sales driven and will recommend treatments that arent even necessary. Money means more to her than doing what is right for the patient. She billed me $3,850 for the bridge and told me her time for chair work is only $450, but still refused to refund any more money. She used a machine in the office to create the bridge, which the emax material used is not recommended for a bridge, because its just not strong enough. This means there were no lab fees for her to pay. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dentist!

Dr Long is truly amazing! Not only is she kind and friendly, she's also puts the "art" in dentistry! I went in for the teeth whitening, but she was so nice and noticed that one of my teeth was uneven with the rest and quickly fixed the problem. I'll be back for some teeth straightening later, but I just can't recommend her enough!
