        The staff are most days friendly. Some people don't really give you the time of day. The food always tastes great to me. But a lot of times, food is missing, and sometimes you don't find out till you're home. Super inconvenient. And we don't always have time to check the bag completely.

        Over 25 minutes for an online order to be ready for pickup, were the only customers here and it still takes 25 minutes for one meal with an extra quesadilla. At the 20 minute mark I go to see whats going on when I see them put sour cream on something thats not supposed to have it, and watch them wipe it away with their hand. Not only is it the worst customer service Ive ever seen at a Taco Bell or any fast food restaurant but also the grossest handling of food Ive ever seen. And for the wait, nothing, even worse they missed an item that I had to go back and ask for.
