        I have been with Jill Verboort's office for eight years and have thrown them a lot of curveballs during that time and they always respond in a cheerful and timely manner. Erin Vandehey, in particular, always takes time to answer my questions and has a way of explaining complex insurance concepts in a manner that anyone can understand. I was with another SF agent before I moved to Oregon and the difference in service is remarkable.

      Hi Ray,Thanks for reaching out on Google. We spoke with you last week about your rates. They are indeed going up…which is something affecting the entire industry and every consumer as we are living in a highly inflationary economy. You are notified of your insurance rate 45-days prior to your renewal and as soon as you pay your bill you have agreed to the contract. You have called us and we have been unable to pick up the phone, but we always call you back. Don’t forget that we are a small business and sometimes we can’t catch every call.
