The employees/staff get five stars - always helpful, friendly, professional. The facility itself gets 3.5 stars. The corporate entity that owns the facility gets 2 stars if I am being generous. Main issue is constant rate increases every 8-10 months that run anywhere from 10 to 16 percent. Weird business model in which long time loyal RV storage customers get little to no consideration vs brand new customers.

Clean and secure storage facility with a very friendly staff. I needed help starting my RV, and Heather quickly volunteered to help me jumpstart. She went above, and beyond what I would expect from an employee. Highly recommend for a good value.
