White's is a great! They were able to get me in on short notice, and were extremely proffessional and effecient. I will use them in the future!

They came out last fall to install a gas line to our patio for a fire pit. They couldn't complete the job until we had the actual fire pit and told us to call back when we got it. The fire pit arrived this spring, so I called to schedule the completion of the job. And all I'm told is "we'll call you back when we get the schedule made up." That was almost a week ago, so I called again. Same answer. The woman I spoke to is snotty and very unprofessional. Even though the cost of this installation was paid for by our builder, I will use another company and pay out-of-pocket to complete the job. Obviously White's is not interested in following through on the small job they started last fall. I would NOT recommend this company, and the woman answering the phone needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training! EDIT: The response to my review is INACCURATE. I was never told that the contactor hadn't paid, nor did I say I had contacted the contactor but he never called me back. I called to schedule the work; the person who answered the phone said she would call me back to schedule, and she never did. I got the same response when I attempted to schedule again. If there was a money issue, I should have been told that up front rather than being told "we're really busy right now; I'll need to call you back." I was NEVER told it was due to non-payment by the contractor. I was NEVER rude nor irrate; I don't operate that way. To blame ME for the receptionist's poor, unprofessional attitude is a joke! (And it would be my guess that she wrote the response to my review.) Regardless, we found a terrific company to complete the work, and their receptionist was friendly and professional, just like I am.

Our TRANE Heat Pump went out during a hot spell, of course. I contacted White's Heating & Sheet Metal and they responded within hours and fixed the problem. The young gentlemen was professional and kind. It's nice to know that good old fashioned service still exist. Service: HVAC system repair
