Webster Ridge

My husband and I were desperately seeking to get out of Portland and came across Webster Ridge. We immediately fell in love with this community and the beautiful area surrounding it. It felt like a place we could call home for a while! So, thats exactly what we did. With the help and support of Jenn, the property manager, she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The amenities are wonderful, electric fireplace, 24 hour gym, pool, bbq area, on site maintenance, dog park and reserved parking. And most importantly an AMAZING, incredibly sweet, responsive woman in the office. Jenn, I cant thank you enough for all youve done to help us become apart of Webster Ridge. You can truly tell the amount of effort she puts into making this community safe and wholesome. Single living, families and very kind people that say hello when you wave. We are ecstatic to settle our roots here. THANK YOU, JENN!!

Jenn is the absolute best! So responsive and friendly. I appreciate that in MGMT. Looking for apartments can be so stressful but having Jenn was an absolute blessing. She is amazing

We moved in last October it's a great place. Very friendly they help out with any problems you have in your place. It's very quiet and pet friendly. We love our new place.

Ive lived here since 2017 and honestly its a delightful place to live. For the most part neighbors are quiet and the facilities are well maintained (like the gym and the pool). Last year there was an INSANE price hike in rent but as disappointing as that was, thats the story for lots of places locally. The best part of the community is the property manager, Jenn. Shes tirelessly positive and so so responsive. Shes kind and thoughtful and prepared to do whatever she can to help fix whatever issue is within her control. I had a problem with some unruly upstairs neighbors that moved in and Jenn went out of her way to find a solution. They ended up switching units and my peace was restored. Jenn also provides fun seasonal activities for the kiddos and raffles and lots of fun stuff. It definitely gives this big complex more of a community vibe. Also I love living so close to the Gladstone Nature Park. Its very well maintained by the community.
