I Love The Woman Dr. I See I Have Been Seeing Her Since 2013. I Love How Comfortable I Feel Because Of The Environment She Puts Off. Yes If I Miss An Appointment It Takes A Bit of Time To Get A New Appointment But Never 3 Months. But It Was My Fault Missing So No Big Deal On Waiting Definitely Worth The Wait. If I Am Less Busy and Really Wanna Work Hard On Getting Better My Therapist Will Make The Effort To See Me Once A Week If Needed. She Is Amazing And I Hope I Will Be Able To See Her Lots More Especially During This Time In My Life. I Can Definitely Say I Have Come A Long Way Thanks To H.F. And Her Ways. Office Staff Have Failed Me Only Once. So Just Double Check They Have Everything Correct Before You Leave or Hang Up. Simple!

Its all about finding the right person to help. Some psychiatrists/p and clients just dont mesh, so youve got to just keep trying until you find that person that you connect with, sometimes that takes talking to a few people. Anyways my experience at western overall has been very good. I connect really well with my psychologist, shes amazing and I thoroughly enjoy talking with her and I feel like she really cares. She always does a great job of asking me about important life events that Ive mentioned in previous meetings.. its beyond nice feeling like and knowing that shes really paying attention and truly cares about my well being. Highly recommend giving this place a try

The reception team is condescending. I dealt with them for 5 years, no more. The therapists that I saw at this site (3) we not helpful. They exhibited immaturity, narcissistic behaviors and were lacking the life experiences needed to be helpful to me. I don't mean they were young, I mean they had not dealt with their own personal traumas, how could they help with mine? They couldn't and didn't. Go somewhere else if you really want to grow.

Ive been going through western for years. I went to the se Portland location for about 5 years frequently. Never a bad experience with my specialists. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive recently switched to this location in 18 and I love my doctor I see here, however I have had too many experiences like this to not say something after two years. I dont even like calling this location and will go out of my way to call the Stark location to set up appointments as I still see someone there. The receptionists at Gladstone are very rude, off-putting, and will go out of their way to not help you or quickly lose patience like they find you to be a burden. Ive experienced it myself for no plausible reason and witnessed others be treated in the same manor when in the facility. They clearly have no idea how to speak to people in general, let alone people with mental health issues who they typically are paid to deal with, given the facility they work for. Its disappointing and they should probably look into training their employees to not be condescending and incompetent.
