My sewer Injector pump went out Friday morning in the middle of summer and all the plumbers were too busy for an appointment. I ended up calling Rob (who was also too busy), and he walked me through testing the pump as he was driving to his next call. He explained how to test if it's the pump or the flood and manually run it as a temporary fix. Really saved the day for me! Service: Sewer repair

My pest control tech alerted me to a serious water leak under my house and urged me to get a plumber out asap. I searched for several days calling numerous plumbers, but they were booked out 2 to 3 weeks. I took to social media in a desperate attempt to find someone who could come out sooner. Then Robert, at Stedfast Plumbing, was highly recommended to me. Although Robert was booked out too, he must have heard the desperation in my voice, and came out early the next morning. He crawled under my house, determined what the problem was and gave me my options. Robert was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. This satisfied customer, with confidence would refer Robert to my family, friends, and anyone in need of an awesome plumber!

So I had a tenant call me telling me that they were noticing a sewage smell when I was out of town. Sent my employee there who said yes he smells sewage. I went there when I got back in town. Because I forgot about it. and as I told him I did not quite smelled like sewage like popping off a septic tank lid. But there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom. I have called several plumbers all who told me they cannot get to it for a period of time. One of them referred me to Robert at steadfast plumbing. He was not able to get to me that day considering he was in another part of the valley. He told me that he could get to me the next day. But I was heading down there to attempt to fix it myself. Since I have been out of town for several weeks and kind of wanted to show a good faith effort on my part showing up for my tenets. And Robert gave me a couple suggestions to look for. Such as possible dry U traps. From not running water. Yes water had not been ran in the shower for two years because its an office and the shower was being used at the storage closet versus the shower so that utrap has dried up allowing the vapors to come up through the drain . He solve the problem for me over the phone. Of course with no charge either and even told me that if I get there and I had any questions for him to please give him a call he would help me walk through it over the phone if he could. I wish I could find more companies that had customer service like this he went above and beyond when I technically wasnt even a paying customer yet.
