        I came into the bank today to see about cashing a check that I was given by one of your customers. I have never cashed a check with your bank. Ashley explained to me she would need to set up an over the counter profile, I did not understand what that meant so she explained it very well and I thought it seemed like a lot so I decided to just go to my bank and do it. I want to say Ashley was so kind and so helpful with such a bright smile. Ashley also told me a bit about your accounts you have and that she would love to have me bank with wafd. I really think I might switch banks just because how kind she was and her smile. Thank you Ashley for your help today, I hope to see you next time when I have more time to set up the profile or an account.
