        I have interacted with the Grants Pass branch for several months now and they have been great. Nigel and Mike are very personable and very friendly and helpful. I come in almost every two weeks to pick up a car and feel very comfortable with them. Thanks guys!

        The enterprise person who told me to go there said i would receive an "employee discount." I later found out that the clerk charged me the regular rate. To make matters worse, the car he gave me had its tire indicator light on. I returned it, expecting an easy swap. But, no, he said, "just put air in the tires." It was raining pretty badly as well. If I had not insisted to get another rental (he was very reluctant to do), I might not be here protesting the treatment I received by the clerk in the GP union street location. I felt like the poor treatment was personal....He didn't like me. I won't dare say why I suspect such causal horrible treatment. But, anyway...True Christians love all people and treat them equally.
