Driver knocked over and dumped multiple cans on my whole street. Left tons of trash in my shared driveway.. ridiculous

There was a misunderstanding and we didn't receive 2 trash cans like we ordered and were billed for a few months for 2 but when they realized the mistake and sent someone out to make sure we only had the one and drop off the other one and while here he saw we had a trailer full we needed to take to the dump and he made a call and they agreed to do a one time courtesy dump where they took all the bags and put them in his truck to take to the dump for us. I appreciate that and how they worked to make up for the mistake. Good people. Thank you.

This is the 2nd missed pickup in 3-4 months. The drivers need to know the route, just like paper-boys. We're at the end of one route and the guys turn around a block from end of the route. 3 of us are drowning in garbage for 2 weeks (if were lucky). No responsibility, sign of the times. "not my fault"
