Gary was great to work with and got back very quickly with the quote, he and his team were so quick that we were/are actually waiting on Pacific Power to get to completion. Highly recommend if you're looking for an affordable solar system and especially if you qualify for energy trust low income rebates, he was on top of those rebates and their timelines. Still waiting on a meter to turn my system on, will update if any part of my experience changes my opinion.

Triple NO for me. The owner is rude and will not help you with any repairs. I have had two occasions to have a conversation with the owner. First as a Realtor I needed a solar inspection, which he was unwilling to do. He told me the homeowner installed it and is the expert. There is nothing wrong with the system. He refused/declined to come inspect the solar system for us. Fast forward six months I have another need to call for emergency help on a Sunday. This business advertises as open till 5:00 pm on a Sunday. The owner answered the phone but was again unwilling to help. We need to restore power to an off-grid property for a family with small children when the temperatures are 35 degrees out and lower temps are expected. He said to call the prior owner and said there's no way he is coming out there and hung up!! He also told me in the prior call how he was so rich, made his millions and does not even need to be working. So here is a Public Service Announcement that Gary at Solar Man does not need your money. Please don't bother calling for help/service/install and experience this man's rudeness. Why be like that? Just don't answer your phone, Gary, if you do not want to be in business or care about helping people out when they have NO POWER, are totally off-grid, in the middle of December!!
