        Horrible customer service. Got the wrong part from here. I wanted a refund. Guy behind the counter had a horrible attitude from the beginning. Started calling me a AHole in front of my father and other customer all became I ask for a refund. Last time I'll get parts from this auto store

        During the ice storm, our wiper blades got shredded, BL was super helpful and even put them on during horrible wind and cold. Thank you for a great experience.

        Despite the cold weather and the surrounding area being covered in potentially dangerous ice and snow, Larry went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of, going as far as to personally swap our battery himself. We need more people like him in leadership!
