I recently revisited Ulta in Gresham. The store seems very clean and bright and well stocked. Elevated with wider aisles and sample applicators and stocked shelves. l have had the pleasure of running into very helpful product representatives, like Caroline and Christian, who were demonstrating the color match system from Estee Lauder. So easy and fast!!! By looking at the screen , they provide the optimal shade of foundation in seconds. Dewey ,extremely lightweight foundation was applied by Caroline and my brown spots melted away and imperfections hidden ... Caroline took the time to write it all down for me so I can purchase everything she recommended closer to the time when I need it...(my oldest daughters marriage in October) Thank you for employees that care and support the customers and share their experiences in a friendly and helpful manner!!!

I hate that if youre a person of color or your dressed down They treat you very differently. As in follow you around the store because they think youre stealing. Constantly ask you if you need help with anything after you told them no. Im getting sick and tired of being racially profiled when I go into the store, especially when I can afford to buy whats in the store. Ulta needs to let their employees know just because someones not wearing make up doesnt mean they dont know what theyre looking for. And the harassment for being African-American its getting to the point where Im gonna flip out on the employees. They dont follow the white women around.
