Quality Inn

I wont be coming back again. Ants in my bed, on the side table, and in the shower. My key cards reset every 24 hours. They didnt tell me about that so I had to get to my room before I realized this and had to go all the way beck to the counter, wait in line again to get this fixed. Hot tub jets dont work. Shower pipes screaming. I guess the pipes need work. Also breakfast is a total joke. This use to be the better place to stay in Gresham. Not anymore.

This hotel is VERY dated and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were basic but smelled stale (as did the rest of the establishment). The ice machine on our floor was out of order. There wasn't a full hot breakfast because the pipes burst recently and the kitchen was out of commission. Free breakfast consisted of apples, yogurt, packaged oatmeal, packaged muffins, and DIY waffles, but with only one waffle machine, you're waiting 20-30 mins in line for this on the weekend. There's no dining area to sit in, so you either eat in the lobby or take your food back to your room. Super disappointing for a "breakfast included" hotel. While eating our breakfast in the lobby, water starting pouring out of one of the pot lights and all over the floor. The pool and hot tub is indoors but the hot tub water looked really dirty/cloudy. There's ample free parking on the property. If you're passing through and there isn't availability elsewhere, this will do. But would I choose to stay here again? Not likely.
