        I rented an apartment through Kerr for almost three years and never ran into any issues. They were always quick to respond to anything maintenance related and always sent really great companies out to assess and repair the issues, ones that never made me feel uncomfortable being a woman alone with my toddler at home with them. We received our security deposit back in a timely manner with no haggling and would recommend renting from them.

        Im super happy to have rented our last home through Kerr properties. Even though we had to break our lease early because we needed to move closer to our sons school they have been great to us. We were given almost ALL our security deposit back because we kept the home super clean and well maintained just like how it was given to us. I would definitely rent from them again in the future. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, Sammy for always responding to our emails and getting things done

        Wishing 0 stars was an option. The behavior from property management is harassment stalking spying did I mention harassing also charging for general maintenance most horrific property mgrs ever u should never never never rent from this company. please avoid Kerr at all expense. also don't be surprised by his combative response. This Guy as mentioned previously by many other renters of this co is an actual child. How embarrassing honestly. May God forgive you one day for all your wrong doing to the people you have hurt.

Since you chose not to include verbiage I guess it is safe to say you chose to leave the 1 star because you've been given violations for cursing at the landscapers as well as cursing at Kerr's team members when you have called our office. Or the most latest is you now choose to talk down to the team members including your comment to Niki about "you're not going to womansplain anything to me" even though you had asked her a question that she was trying to answer.Thank you for renting from Kerr.W.       Hello J Cochran. You know as well as I do you're leaving this review for Skylar and Ashley, great job with your review having never done business with Kerr.Yes, we do charge for the damages caused by residents, their animals and possibly guests per the terms of the rental agreement that is signed. You neglected to mention they also damaged private property, or someone they allowed access to the land for their 4x4 adventures. Or how about all of the damages caused by their animals? They also had unauthorized chickens, did you know about that?As for spying, Kerr has every legal right to drive by all of the rentals we manage; I guess you're just mad because your friends got caught violating their lease numerous times?With regards to your stalking comment, I assume you're talking about when Skylar and Ashley stalked me on my personal social media account?
