Randy was awesome!! When I initially called him to ask about his availability he says I can be there in about an hour Which he was and he had to come by about 5 separate times within the next week and a half bc hed need to order this part or that part. He kept me posted on what was going on with my rv, the parts & cost of those parts as well as when hed be returning to continue working on the engine. Randy was VERY well versed in rv repair and I felt confident that I chose the right guy for the job. When I had first called around to the different parts stores in town asking about a rv repair guy that could come to me 3 out of the 4 places I called all referred me to Randy. Hes the rv whisperer of Brookings for sure!! Thanks again Randy for all your hard work and especially the timely ness that my rv was up snd running again!!
