        I bought a phone here. An I Phone15. The girl sends me home with it. There is a cord in the box but no adapter. Who is to know that Iphone has changed their adapters!!! I bought a new phone because i need to be certain to have connectivity. I live in GASQUET. There is no way for me to charge my phone. This child is an idiot. Please remove her from the sales room of AT&T as many of us rely on phone connectivity.

        I cant remember the last time I received service that was as outstanding! I had to write this review to thank Jeff Green for his warmth, patience and in-depth knowledge of all the products and how they work. He was extremely kind and helped us for what seemed like over an hour or maybe even longer. He never pushed or rushed us. We ended up buying an iPad and Jeff even gave up his lunch and stayed with us while the info was transferred to the new iPad. The guy gave up his lunch! That is old fashioned service that is almost non-existent in todays world.

        Visited our local AT&T here in Brookings Harbor and ordered a new phone. The wait was so minimal, and the young man waiting on me was very knowledgeable of all the phones. I cant wait for it to arrive and hell help me set it up.
